I can’t say enough about Rebecca and her work! She has designed our music room, dining room, and now our bedroom. She exhibited a strong knowledge of projects, fabrics and customer service. In October '08, my husband and I decided to open a store-front for our existing home-based business, Candid Gifts. We were overwhelmed with everything that needed to be decided on and finished to make our November opening deadline. The pressure of making sure we got our business image right was daunting to say the least. We are NOT good at picking colors, or matching decor. When we decided this task was above us, we called Rebecca Coley, with Designs by Rebecca. Rebecca took so much pressure off of us. She took a look at our location, and very quickly had wallpaper, floor stain, and paint suggestions. She handled the ordering and installation of wallpaper, and got everything completed on our very tight schedule! Once that was complete Rebecca assisted us with furniture placement and all of those little details that make everything look fabulous. She not only took our store's image to level we weren't capable of, but she did it while keeping me sane. In the chaos of making sure everything else was set for opening day, it was nice to know that someone as talented as Rebecca was shopping for decor, picking samples, and meeting with contractors.
We are happy to write about Rebecca Coley and relate her excellent effort in helping us understand the style of interior decorating we have come to discover. She quickly and easily helped us recognize colors and styles that allowed us to transform a rather unadorned living room into one of a modest sophisticated French country setting. Her initial session involved her looking at the entire house to determine our space and desires while noting several areas with tips for improvement with minimal effort. She then created samples of colors and drawings of furniture styles and accessories that after a couple of weeks of effort culminated into a living space that is warm and welcoming. All who have seen it have commented favorably on the new colors and balanced presentation. We felt her prices reasonable and quality of work excellent at minimal cost and look forward to re-engaging her talents and skills with other rooms of our house.
